Ready to move

Parts of the mock-up aren't a demonstration. They're inventory.

Not everything is waiting for a green light. Some of it can be published, licensed or sold as it stands. Every state below is named exactly, including the ones that aren't finished.

Publishing

Text and art are closed. What's left is an editor's pass and a print run — the partner's phase, not mine.

EdTech

Built for a teacher with five minutes and a browser. A platform could license or sell these as they stand — and this layer is already out in the world: one of the pieces is currently with the education team of a US institution that appears in the story it comes from.

A physical sample produced to spec, with the character's proportions and the name embroidered on the body. Certification is quoted, at a known and minor cost, and belongs with production.

The pilots establish format, tone and mechanism. The series itself is unmade and uncommitted — which is the reason any of this is on the table.

What that means commercially: a partner doesn't have to wait for a production cycle to see a first return. Two layers are already in a state to trade.
